How I make my skincare travel friendly

Beauty

If your a skincare junkie just like me then your going to want to take as much of your normal skincare on holiday with you, so today I am sharing with you my go to travel skincare items…

When your going on holiday you obviously don’t want to pack your whole skincare routine, you want to be able to pick out the products which are going to work the best for you whilst your away. I tend to pick products which are multi purpose or specifically targeted, such as a spot treatment because I know I will get spots whilst I am away.  I also know that because I will be wearing for over 8 hours a day I want to take some products to hydrate my skin and detox it.

I have managed to fit my skincare routine for 4 nights in just one half of this toiletry bag which I am pretty proud off!

Cleansing your skin is most probably the most important part of the whole routine because you need perfectly clean skin in order to proceed. I like to make sure I have a little selection of different cleansers, I can use the wipes and Eve Lom cleanser to remove the excess of my makeup followed by the Sunday Riley and Korres cleansers to clean my skin. I also find that every other night I need to scrub my face just to try and stay on top of spots, so I have a tiny scrub from Suki to use.

Glossier Solution is very well known by now and it is my staple that I use every night, where as I used to take 2 toners with me I now only will be taking Solution. As it is a very large bottle I will be decanting it into a recycled bottle which makes it much more travel friendly.

Ofcourse, it wouldnt be a skincare routine without a mask or three, much like the cleansers I am taking one which have different purposes. The Arkana Snow Fungas mask is hydrating and has load of really great ingredients in to make your skin look good, so I will be using this after the flight on night 1. I know I will need a clay mask at somepoint to help clear my skin up and get rid of the build up of bad stuff so I have packed a little pot of the L’oreal Purifying mask. You can get this mask along with the detox and glow mask in a little set of three from Superdrug. And finally another hydrating mask to add some extra moisture after wearing make up all day.

After using solutionI like to make sure that I hydrate my skin a lot so that it doesn’t dry out, I will either use the Firming Fiji Oil from Monuskin on its own or apply The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid first. If I have managed to get myself some spots on the trip I will be applying the Balance Me Congested Skin Serum to help clear them up. Finally I use a night cream for sensitive skin from Nivea as I find this isn’t as harsh on my skin as some other ones after using all these lotions and potions.

What skincare do you take with you when you go on holiday?

Everyday Makeup Routine

Beauty

As a dedicated makeup hoarder and lover I had to include my current make up look which I have been wearing near enough everyday for work. I will be doing a more festive version soon with red lips and a lot more shimmer so stay tuned for one…

To begin with I primer my face using the Silicone Primer by The Ordinary, this is my second tube of this and has become my favourite primer without a doubt! Whilst my primer is sinking in I like to do my mascara, the mascara I have been loving is the Push Up by Bourjois which was sent to my to try out by Influenster. This mascara is so good at building up volume and creating full dark lashes which really make a statement.

Next up is foundation, of course I have been using Mac Studio Fix as I know this one lasts all day. Once that is all blended in using an oval brush from My Makeup Brush Set (which was very kindly sent to me to try out) I apply a small amount of Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer under my eyes using the concealer brush from My Make Up Brush Collection.

I then apply some of the Tanya Burr Cosmetics contour stick in the shade dark on my cheeks and on my forehead.

To set my concealer and foundation I used Rimmel Stay matte which keeps my makeup in place all day and doesn’t look greasy or shiny.

I have then been loving using the Steven Klein palette by Nars, I use a mixture of Laguna and Paloma bronzers to create a really nice shade to add definition and shade to my cheeks and forehead.

I then use the blush shade Dolce Vita from the same palette. As for my highlight I have been obsessed with Glossier Haloscope in the shade Quartz, I apply this on my cheek bones, Cupid’s box and the arch of my eye brows. This creates such a gorgeous natural glow which lasts all day and really makes my make up pop!

Finally to finish up, eye brows. I have been using the Tanya Burr Cosmetics Selfie Sculpt brow pencil to create definition followed by Glossier Boy Brow to set them in place.

Do you use any of these products daily? What are your favourites?

Full body pamper routine

Beauty

Today I am sharing my favourite pamper products and what I like to do to treat myself. I tend to only do a full on pamper routine like this before a special occasion like a holiday so this doesn’t happen every week!

Face

For my face I have just picked out 3 essentials, I do a pretty intense skincare routine daily and there will be a post on that shortly. But for now here are the products I’ve picked for anpamper rouitne. The Philosophy Microdelivery exfoliating face wash is such a pamper product in my eyes, it’s so soft and gentle and leaves my skin feeling great!

Of course a pamper routine isn’t a really a pamper routine unless there is a face mask involved. I have picked the Soap and Glory De-Clog mask out of my collection as it is really fun to use and really does feel like it’s pulling all the dirt out of your skin!

And then add loads of hydration back into my skin I like to do a hydrating sheet mask, my favourites are the Garnier masks as I know I can always rely on them!

Body

No pamper routine is complete without a shower (or a bath), I love using the Whats in it for me Body cleanser which was kindly gifted to me. This smells so fresh and invigorating and adds a pop of summer into my autumnal routine. It also contains so many good ingredients that keep your skin in tip top condition.

Next up, a body scrub! I have been wanting to try out a coffee scrub for the longest time so when this one from Bean Body arrived in the #lfbeautybox I was so happy! As of yet I have not used it, but I will Post a mini review over on my Instagram when I use it! @toriiitoriii

And to finish up treating my body I have been loving using the Zoella Beauty Body Pudding. What I love most about this moisturiser is the little little beads which pop and add even more goodness into your skin!

Teeth

Carbon Coco is the newest addition to my pamper routine as I was kindly gifted this! I still have yet to use it, but I’m sure it will be great as I’ve seen so many good reviews on it! Let me know if you want me to document my results!

Hands & Hair

For en extra little treat, especially in the colder months it’s good to take care of your hands as they are normally the body part which is out in the horrible weather. I have picked out the Skimono hand mask to use followed by Soap and Glory Hand Food to make my hands extra soft.

And to finish, a hair oil from Forest & Shore! A hair oil has been a staple for me since the summer and so I use this one from Forest & Shore after every wash. It smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling so soft and managable!

What products do you use for your pamper routine?

Fall Makeup Routine

Beauty

Today’s post is all about my fall makeup routine that I have been doing for the past couple of weeks.

My fall makeup routine starts off with my favourite primer from The Ordinary, I just love the way this feels on my skin and how long it makes my make up last! For my foundation I have gone a shade lighter so I’m now in the shade NC15 which is a perfect match. I then conceal under my eyes using the Rimmel Wale Me Up Concealer. This is brightening and so it’s perfect for those dull autumn days. And then to add a bit of colour into my face and some shape I use the cream bronzer from Seventeen. I use this on my forehead and on my cheeks.

On my cheeks I have been using Nars Laguna Bronzer which adds the slightest bit of shimmer to brighten your face up followed by the blush Dolce Vita which is a deeper toned blush perfect for autumn days. Finally on my cheeks I have been using a dusting of the Peonies Please from Tanya Burr Cosmetics. This is super pigmented and so you only need one swipe along your cheek bones.

On my eye lashes I have been using Loreal Lash Superstar which is a double ended Mascara so you can build up loads of volume and length.

As for the eyes, I wanted something really autumnal and bold so I picked the red shimmer shade from the MUA Cosmetics palette. It’s really pigmented, long lasting and looks great on! I then used a Colour Pop shadow in the shade Cornelius in the outer corner to blend it all together.

And for my brows I have been loving using the powder from the Elf Brow kit, it’s the perfect shade for me (medium) and it’s really easy to work with to create natural look brows. Then of course I set using Loreal Brow Plumper.

Finally, lips! To add a little bit of colour I like to use the Blackberry Coulis lip balm from Tanya Burr Cosmetics. And then to add even more colour the shade Amourous by Mac is a great shade for autumn!

What’s your go to make up for autumn?

Top 10 under £10

Beauty

NYC Bronzer Sunny

This was probably one of the first bronzers I ever bought, this is the most perfect bronzing shade its quite a light warm shade which makes it perfect for us pale girls out here.

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Contour Stick

This is a new staple to my collection, I ummed and ahhed about buying it because I’m not a big contour person, but I actually use it as a cream bronzer. The shade I chose was dark/medium because I like my bronzer to be seen. That being said I think the light shade would be too light for me!

Maybelline Colossal Mascara

The colossal mascara is my newest mascara purchase and I’m obsessed! It creates really black long defined lashes.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Concealer

If you have not tried this concealer out, then where have you been. I bought this on a whim after seeing Zoella rave about it and boy, is it good! I use this to cover any spots on my face, I use this under my foundation to get extra coverage and it works amazingly!

MUA Burning Embers Eye Shadow Palette

This eyeshadow palette from MUA is a staple for me, it has every colour you could need and  they are really good quality shadows considering the palette was only £8.

Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation

This foundation is my dupe for MAC Studio Fix Fluid, I wear this when I am not wearing my make up for long but I still want a flawless matte look. It has a really nice consistency which is mousse like and blends really easy so it doesn’t look cakey.

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

I think everyone has tried this powder at some point in their life, for me it has been my go to setting powder since I was 15. It just works wonders at keeping your face matte and in place throughout the day!

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Lipstick Wild Safari

Tanya Burr Cosmetics has become my favourite drugstore brand over the summer, everything that she releases is just flawless! The lipstick that i was obsessed with the past few months is in the shade Wild Safari, it is a bright orange red matte lipstick in beautiful YSL inspired packaging.

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Highlighter Warm Bronze

I bought this highlighter and when it arrived I thought it was too dark, however while I was on holiday I wore it so much. I didn’t stop wearing it when i got home, it just adds a beautiful bronze glow to your face and doesn’t look to over powering.

Nivea Post Shave Balm

And finally, the biggest discovery for me to date, the Nivea Post Shave balm as a primer. I was pretty late on the bandwagon, i was really sceptical about how could this be better than the ones i had already. But it was, it works so well at making your foundation last, it doesn’t go patchy throughout the day like some primers do.

What are your favourite make up products under £10, let me know in the comments.

New in: Beauty / Superdrug Haul

Beauty

Superdrug is my go to website for buying all my make up, it’s even better when it’s 3 for 2 making everything you bought justifiable, right? With the summer quickly drawing to the end I was decided I would pick up some every autumnal inspired bits, and now I’m so ready for autumn!

I finally got around to buying one of the new Tanya Burr Cosmetics lip balms, I opted for the shade Blackberry Coulis simply because it screamed autumn! Plus this smells amazing too!

I thought I would try this little conceal and correct palette from the Insta Rimmel Range as I loved the look of it and heard so many good things out it. The Rimmel Lasting Finish Concealer is my go to so I’m hoping these will be just as good.

I then picked up some autumnal eye shadows, 2 were individual shades from MUA in the shades copper and bronze and I also bought the Rusted Wonders palette from MUA as it looks so beautiful.

I picked up two Miss Sport nail polishes in the shades I have no idea because there are no shades actually on them! The pink one is a dusty rose, and the other one is a blue toned grey. I then also picked up a Barry M Molten Metal in the shade Copper Mine, this one is my favourite and I think this will totally be perfect for autumn and winter!

I then picked up the brand new liquid highlighter from Makeup Revolution in the shade Luminous Gold.

And finally the most talked about mascara of the summer, Paradise Exactic from Loreal!

So there you have it, a few more bits added to my collection!

Let me know if you’ve tried any of these or if their on your wish list.

Make Up I’m Currently Loving

Beauty

Today is all about the make up I have been loving recently!

For primer I have been obsessively using the Nivea Postshave Balm whilst I am at home (as it’s so heavy it’s not great for travelling). I really love how this is a skincare product but double acts as a primer, on an everyday basis this is the only primer which actually keeps my make up in tip top condition. On top of the primer one of my favourite foundations is MAC Studio Fix Fluid, when I first bought this I didn’t think the shade was for me, but now it’s summer it’s the perfect shade. I love how full coverage this is yet it doesn’t get cakey. But as it’s the summer I have been tanning and my little saviour has been The Body Shop foundation drops which make your foundation darker. These have been great, because it has meant I don’t need my favourite foundation in a variety of shades. Next is my favourite cream bronzer, as you can see this one from Seventeen is well loved as I have used it daily for the past couple of months! This creates a really nice natural sunkissed effect when I apply it to my forehead. On the days where I have been having skin nightmares, the Rimmel Lasting Finish Concealer comes into play. This is a really thick creamy Concealer that I apple before my foundation so I can maximise the results!

On my cheeks I have been loving using Benefit Galifornia as it’s the perfect coral pink for the summer and looks really natural (plus it smells amazing!). For my bronzer I have been using Soap & Glory Solar Power as this is a cool toned bronzer which isn’t too over powering and looks really natural. And lastly on my cheeks my go to highlighter at the moment, the shade Warm Bronze from Tanya Burr Cosmetics! This is the perfect bronze shimmer for when you want that sunkissed tanned look!

For mascara I have been loving two and these are my most recent purchases, the double ended Loreal Superstar creates really thick defined black lashes and the Maybelline Collossal creates lots of volume. I do sometimes wear these two together as the Maybelline one can thin out any clumps of the Loreal one. I recently became obsessed with the Tanya Burr Contour Stick in the shade medium/dark, this is now my back up for when I run out of the Seventeen Bronzer as it creates the same effect. For highlighters I have been loving two mini samples from Benefit, I have been wearing them near enough daily for the past two months. Benefit High Beam and Watts Up. High beam is definelty a lot more pigmented and intense and really adds a little sometimhing extra to your make up. For concealer under my eyes I have been using the Bourjois Radiance Reveal, this is super hydrating and brightening and looks ever better when you have a tan! And my second favourite primer is Benefit Porefessional, this is my go to when I’m travelling as it’s a lot smaller and easier to pack. This also works really well the Studio Fix foundation from MAC. And last but not least, YSL Rouge Couture 201 lipstick, this shade just screams summer to me! It’s a beautiful red Matte perfect for long summer nights and days out in the sun!

So there you have it, my favourite makeup at the moment! What are you favourites for the summer?

Summer Capsule Make Up

Beauty

So I’ve been seeing a lot of blog posts and videos about capsule wardrobes, but one that really stood out it me was a video by The Anna Edit and her Capsule Make Up picks. So I have decided to do a blog post dedicated to my capsule make up picks every season! And first up are my summer picks. These are pretty much my go to staples that I have been obsessed with over the summer months.

For my base I have been loving Benefit Porefessional Primer, that being said, I save it for special occasions so it’s not an everyday primer for me. For my foundation I have the same rule, only on special occasions and days when I need my make up to stay on for hours.

For concealer I have been loving the Bourjois Radiance Reveal as it’s really creamy and high coverage but it’s still light weight and doesn’t cake up and look thick.

To add some shape to my face I have been loving the Tanya Burr Cosmetics Contour Stick in medium/dark. This gives me the perfect tanned looking forehead.

My go to bronzer/contour product at the minute is Hoola by Benefit, this is the perfect shade for me right now with a tan. I’m not sure if this is going to work all year round, so I’ll have to wait to find out.

The Hour Glass Ambient Lighting Edit palette is perfect for travelling as it contains a setting powder, blusher, bronzer and highlight which is really convenient and compact.

On my brows I like to use a pomade from Anastasia Beverly Hills as this gives a really natural brow look.

As for mascara I have been wanting really defined black lashes so using the Loreal Superstar mascara helps do this, as it’s double ended it builds up volume and really defines the lashes.

My go to concealer for covering up pesky spots is Rimmel Lasting Finish, this is a really thick creamy high covereahe formula, I use this under my foundation to get rid of most the redness and then again on top of need.

Rimmel Stay Matte, this is my go to powder, he only one I have ever used. It really does keep your make up looking matte and in place all day long, plus it’s only £3.99!

Picking an eyeshadow palette was hard, but I decided to go for one of my newer ones. The Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar by Too Faced. All the shades in here are wearable and work really well together so it’s easy to create multiple looks.

As for lips, how could the majority not be a Red of some sort!

On the left is Bear Hug by Tanya Burr Cosmetics, this is a matte nude, it looks really good with a tan and is a really nice subtle shade for when you don’t want a bold in your face shade.

Next is another Tanya Burr Cosmetics shade this time in a gorgeous bold orange, Wild Safari. This again is matte, and is just so lovely on a hot summers day!

The next is a liquid lipstick from Mac in the shade Fashion Legacy, this is my most worn lipstick of the summer as it’s long lasting so I don’t have to top it up all the time or worry about it ending up all over my face.

And lastly is my little YSL beauty in the shade 201,  this is a beautiful matte red perfect for the summer.

So there is my capsule make up collection, 15 items which are staples. Can you pick just 15 items out of your collection to create a capsule collection?

City Break Make Up Bag

Beauty

Today I am sharing what is in my make up bag for my city break to Milan! I actually go tomorrow, which is crazy! I have wanted to visit the cathedral for the longest time and now I get too! If you wanna see photos check out my Instagram @toriiitoriii I also insta story excessively!

For a base I have chosen my trusty Benefit Porefessional, this is a great long lasting primer which I know helps my make up last all day. As for a foundation I have chosen MAC Studio Fix Fluid, although this is kind of heavy and big it’s a must! I will sacrifice washing my hair in order to have good foundation for 2 days! But seriously, this is such a good foundation! To conceal under my eyes I am taking Bourjois Radiance Reveal Concealer which really hydrating and brightening. To add some extra colour to my face I’m going to be using the Tanya Burr Contour Stick in the shade medium/dark, I use this as a cream bronzer along my forehead. And then just incase, I’m taking the Rimmel Lasting Finish Concealer just incase any spots pop up while I’m away!

For mascara I like to make sure my lashes are bold and stand out as I never wear eye liner, the best mascara I have found is the Superstar double ended mascara from Loreal. This creates long thick volumous lashes! And for my eye shadow I’m going to be keeping it fairly simple, I always over pack when it comes to eyes shadows so for Milan I am taking the Tanya Burr Cosmetics palette in Birthday suit and a Colour Pop shadow in the shade Game Face which is a really nice metallic coppery shade. For my brows I’m going to rely on my trusty Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow as I’ve been neglecting it recently and then the Loreal Brow Plumper to set them.

To set my foundation and Concealer I will be relying on the Rimmel Stay Matte which is my number 1 favourite! To bronze I will be using Hoola Bronzer from Benefit as this is he perfect shade for me with a tan! As I have a tan I want a highlighter which will enhance it so I have picked Warm Bronze by Tanya Burr Cosmetics. For my blusher I will be using Benefit Galifornia which is a beautiful coral shade (and it smells amazing). And lastly for my lips, I’m going to keep it very simple and go for a red lip! MAC Fashion Legacy is a staple for me when I’m out and about as I know it’s long lasting and doesn’t budge. And Charlotte Tilburg Red Carpet Red just needs a little bit of love, it always ends up getting left behind so it’s coming to Milan!

And there you have it! These are my staples for my trip, asking as I don’t end up cramming anything in last minute this could be the lightest I’ve travelled!

Lazy Day Morning Routine

Beauty

Here is a lazy day get ready with me which is kind of like a morning routine.

The first thing I do when I wake up is head to the bathroom with my cute little Zoella cup and full it up with water. Over the past few weeks I have been trying to drink a whole cup before I have any breakfast to keep me extra hydrated to see if it helps my skin.

As today was a miserable day I decided to light a little Primark candle, these are my favourites as there only £1 yet really cute! And I can actually smell it burning away from my bed.

On days when I’m doing nothing or have a long time to get ready I like to do a quick skincare routine to refresh my skin.

I have been using the Garnier Rose Water Cleanser to just remove any dirt built up over the night followed by the Boots Botanics All Bright Toner to brighten my skin.

And then to finish I go in with a brightening serum followed by the Clinique Moisturising Gel to hydrate and get my skin ready for the day.

Now onto the important bit, breakfast! Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day as I love a big bowl of rice crispies. I also love a coffee in the morning, normally in the summer I would turn it into an ice coffee but as it’s not a very nice day it’s just a hot latte. I eat my breakfast whilst watching YouTube catching up on my subscriptions. And gradually drink my coffee while I’m getting ready wsnits way to hot to drink it straight away.

And now, make up time! As I am actually not going anywhere I wanted to test out products which I don’t usually reach for to see if they work for my skin.

Primer Rimmel Fix & Perfect

Foundation Maybelline Fit Me

Concealer MUA Cover & Conceal

Mascara Illamasqua

Cream Bronze Seventeen

Brows Benefit Browzing & Gimme Brow

Bronzer Sephora Caledonia

Blush Nars Orgasm

Highlighter MAC Soft & Gentle

Lip Liner Loreal Universal Liner

Lipstick Barry M Pose

Before I get dressed I like to do the last minute bits, for my hair I like to douse it in dry shampoo. My favourite dry shampoo is from the fresh one from Co Lab, this is also great because if your in a rush you don’t need to worry about the white marks left in your hair, because there isn’t! I then slather on some body lotion to try and maintain the the little tan I do have and then spritz my body in a perfume.

And there you have it my lazy day morning routine for when I’m really not doing anything exciting at all!

What’s in my travel make up bag?

Beauty

Hello, my holiday to Madeira is very quickly approaching now, as I write this post I only 5 more days of work before I’m finished for the summer! Perks of working in a school! And then I will have the weekend to get ready and I fly in on Monday! It’s come round so quick, and I’m so ready to hop on a plane and enjoy some real sun! So here is everything I’m taking on holiday in my make up bag, the bag is from Primark and I was only £4. I made a deal with myself, I can take anything as long as it fits in the bag, which at the time seemed really good but actually it turns out the bag is quite big so I really shouldn’t fill it to the max!

Base Products

For my base I will be ofcourse taking a favourite which I know will help my make up last, Benefit Porefessional. I have then packed MAC Studio Fix foundation as I know this is long lasting and matte. And then my secret weapon are the foundation drops from The Body Shop, these are great especially when going on a beach holiday, as you get more tanned you can add a drop to your foundation to make it darker aswell so you don’t have to take 14 different shades of foundation! Concealing my under eye is pretty much one of the most enjoyable things to do when doing my make up with a tan, when I am at home and don’t have a tan you can’t see the concealer and it really doesn’t brighten. However, when you have a tan and use a really brightening light concealer you can actually see it and it looks really great! The two concealers I’ve packed are Rimmel Wake Me Up as this is a lighter coverage and better for during the day. And for night I have packed Bourjois Radiance Reveal which is a lot heavier coverage but is still really creamy and hydrating. As for powders I have packed the MUA Cosmetics Matte Perfect Loose Powder to bake with and then Rimmel Stay Matte to set the rest of my face.

Cream Products

I have recently been really into using a few cream products especially the Benefit highlighters. Luckily these are in mini forms so I can take them all! I have also had the Colour Poo Contour Stick in my collection for 7 months now and have not tried it, so I have decided to give it ago on holiday. The Seventeen Cream Bronzer is my favourite cream bronzer in the world, unfortunately they are having problems with a new batch of them so after this one has run out I don’t know what I will do!

Bronze, Blush & Highlight

2 bronzers, 1 blush and 4 highlights, is that too many? I always like to make sure I have a few options to switch it up every night when I’m getting ready. I have chosen Nars Laguna Bronzer and Benefit Hoola Bronzer as they will both give me a sunkissed look and are really lovely shades. For my blush I have only taken Galifornia by Benefit as this is the newest in my collection, however I’m now thinking maybe I should pack Nars Orgasm as this will be a contrast! The highlights I have chosen are Tanya Burr Cosmetics Warm Bronze and Champagne Sorbet, these are also really great to wear as eye shadows! And finally Wisp and Lunch Money from Colourpop.

Eye Shadow

Even when I’m on holiday I still like to do eye shadow, I love making an effort in the evening and looking completely different to what I did lazing around the pool. I have packed one of the new palettes from Tanya Burr Cosmetics, My Paradise. This has one matte brown and 3 goldy shimmers. The bigger palette is Burning Embers from MUA Cosmetics, this is perfect for pretty much any look you want to create as the colours are so lovely and pigmented. And finally I have chosen two Colourpop eye shadows in the shades LALA and Game Face. These are both highly pigmented golden/bronzey shimmers perfect for the summer.

Mascara/Brows

My two mascara picks are Maybelline Collossal and Loreal False Lash Superstar. I love both of these for creating really dramatic lashes and they both compliment each other well when worn together. As for my brows I have chosen one pomade and one Powder as I like to switch it up daily. The pomade is from MUA Cosmetics and the powder is from Freedom. I have then chosen Loreal Brow Artist to set my brows.

Lipstick

Looking at this “little” collection you would probably think I’m going on holiday for about a month, but no, only 7 nights. I just like to be prepared for any occasion and so I tend to take a lot of options.

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Rhubard & Custard The Body Shop Sydney Amarylis Tanya Burr Cosmetics Wild Safari MAC Candy Yum Yum MAC Saint Germain YSL 201 MAC Viva Glam 2 Miles Cyrus Kylie Cosmetics Candy K Kat Von D Bow n Arrow

Hopefully I will end up wearing all of these!

What are you make up essentials you take away with you?

June Favourites

Beauty

June has flown by and it’s now July which means only a few more weeks of work for me and then I get 6 weeks off! So here is everything I have been loving for the month of June, I am sure there is more but I cannot think of anything at moment apart from these.

First up is a new mascara, I have never really tried out Maybelline mascaras before but I had a voucher so I picked up this one. I was pleasantly surprised and I’ve fallen in love with it and use it on a daily basis now!

Next is a lipstick from Tanya Burr Cosmetics, Bear Hug which is from her new collection which I was kindly gifted. It is a lovely nude shade (see below for swatch). I apply this every morning before work.

And my biggest obsession this month has to be Benefit Watts Up highlighter, this has been sat in my collection for quite a while now as it’s travel sized. I use this as a base for a powder highlighter and I highlight everywhere! I am obsessed! I am really thinking about buying the full sized version because it truely is that good!

Off course the Nivea Post Shave Balm has to make it into my favourites as I have been wearing this everyday for the past month. It is the only thing that keeps my make up looking good all day long even in the heat!

I have then been switching up my brow routine and going for a softer look by using a powder. This little palette is from Makeup Revolution and was only about £3 and once again I love it!

And lastly for make up is a cream bronzer from Seventeen UK. This creates such a beautiful sunkissed look, I mainly apply this to my forehead so my powder products last all day.

My pefume/body spray obsession has been Victoria’s Secret Love Spell Shimmer. This has such a lovely fruity scent plus glitter! Unfortunately I am nearly at the end off it so I will defienlty have to pick up another bottle very soon!

And lastly, the Treseme Split end Remedy has been my go to after washing my hair! This is currently in Body Care for 99p so I stocked up with a few bottles!

What are your favourites for June?
