Makeup I’m loving right now | featuring Flat Lay Co makeup bag

Beauty

Lets talk about the makeup which I am loving right now, and the handiest makeup bag which was kindly sent to me my a brand called Flat Lay Co. The bag itself is really unique, when opened up you can display all your products and see exactly what you’ve got in the bag which is so much easier than having to rummage though. I also realised another reason why I love this bag is because I’m hoping it is going to make me less of a messier person when it comes to covering my bed in foundation and anything else which could transfer. In theory, by having all the products laid out on the bag, I’m hoping my bed will stay clean, also this will come in handy on holiday as hotels always have WHITE bed sheets and they terrify me! When your finished doing your make up all you do is pull the drawstring and the bag sucks itself in an voila its a bag!

Now onto make up, my go to eye shadow palette, pretty much all the time Urban Decay Naked Heat, I just love the warm shades and to be honest I have worn this all year round. I just don’t think there is going to be a time when it’s not my favourite!

As for my brows, I have switched it up a little and changed from the blonde version of Loreal Brow Plumper to the darker version, I really like the look of darker more defined brows and I’m pretty glad I’m getting around to using it as I bought it by mistake ages ago!

My go to lip choice, especially when I want to to look that little bit ‘cooler’ is YSL 201, not only is this the perfect red, but it lasts such a long time (and doesn’t dry your lips).

On my cheeks I have been using the  Urban Decay Naked Flushed cheek palette, I pretty much just stick to using the bronzer out of this palette although I do need to start using the highlight and blush as their equally as nice! Another bronzer I have been going crazy for is from Sephora in the shade Caledonia, this is a really orangey shade so I can only use this when I have a tan.

I recently dug out my old Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette and have been using the pink highlighter in there, it creates a really natural glow rather than a full on glitter glow.

My go to base year round is Mac Studio Fix, this is especially good for the warmer months because it doesn’t budge in the heat, therefore lasting a long time making your skin look amazing even though you feel like a sweaty mess! To set my face I have been using the Arkana i-Tech powder, this is a really light weight loose powder, which also protects your skin from the environment as well as setting your face in place.

My cream contour obsession never changes, its the Tanya Burr one in the medium dark shade, although I feel like these are getting harder to find now so I need to find a replacement once I’ve finished my last two, recommendations please (not to pricey).

Before I went on holiday I decided to dig though my drawer full of mascaras and take a brand new unopened one and hope that it was a good one that would make my lashes look long and luscious. Loreal Volume Million Lashes did exactly what it says on the packaging, my lashes have never looked so good!

And lastly, a bit of Glossier appreciation, Balm Dot Com in the flavour coconut has to be the perfect lip balm for the summer!

Here are some photos of the bag;

Why I’m ditching foundation |Foundation free make up routine

Beauty

Today’s post is a little bit of a different one, we’re talking about my skin, since I ever started wearing make up back in high school I have always worn foundation, powder and mascara. They were my first ever products I wore, I of course wear loads more now and look a lot more put together. I always felt like I needed to over my skin, my skin has good days and bad days, like everyone’s.

When I was on holiday last week I was tanning, and because I wear sunscreen on my face my face wasn’t matching the rest of my body, this meant it was then having to mix in darkening drops into my foundation in order to match.

Wearing foundation on holiday is just effort, normally it’s so hot you just feel like a melted mess, and why cover up just for a couple of hours in the evening, why not jus the foundation free the whole day.

I am only 6 days into not wearing any foundation, but I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. I am still getting spots, but parts of my face look a lot clearer and the texture looks so much better!

Saying “don’t wear foundation” is easier said than done, you still feel naked with a bare face, that’s where the Isle Of Paradise Tanning Drops come into play. In the evenings I like to mix these with my moisturiser and when I wake up I have a really natural looking tan, there for taking away the main reason I was wearing foundation. I find the drops even put my skin tone and do cover up a lot of old scaring making me more confident.

So now onto the make up I have been wearing and loving for the past week!

I begin with priming my skin because I still want my make up to last a long time and also a lot of primers are smoothing and make your skin look great like this one from Dermalogica.

I still want to add a bit of colour and shape to my face so I use a cream contour stick on my cheeks and on my forehead to add some depth. I love the medium/dark cream contour from Tanya Burr Cosmetics and the Illamasqua Gel Sculpt.

Now onto my favourite discovery, the Arkana I-Tech Glow loose powder, I apply this all over my face to set the the cream bronzer and to create a matte finish. This powder is however not completely matte, it really reminds me of the Hourglass Mineral Veil, it has a slight shimmer to it which gives your face a really natural glow.

I have then been loving using the Sephora bronzer in the shade Caledonia, in the winter this is way to orange for me, but with a tan it works perfectly!

Next up I use a blush, the one I have been using recently is Nars Orgasm as it adds a pop or colour and a glow.

I then finish my face with a sweep of the Pixi Glow on my cheek bones.

I have been keeping my brows pretty natural for a while now and just using L’Oréal Brow Plumper to add a little texture and to keep them in place.

Finally for the eyes I have been using the L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes, this creates really long thick lashes! Lastly I use this gorgeous palette from Memi which has the prettiest warm shades in it perfect for the summer!

Let me know how you feel about not wearing foundation.

How I make my skincare travel friendly

Beauty

If your a skincare junkie just like me then your going to want to take as much of your normal skincare on holiday with you, so today I am sharing with you my go to travel skincare items…

When your going on holiday you obviously don’t want to pack your whole skincare routine, you want to be able to pick out the products which are going to work the best for you whilst your away. I tend to pick products which are multi purpose or specifically targeted, such as a spot treatment because I know I will get spots whilst I am away.  I also know that because I will be wearing for over 8 hours a day I want to take some products to hydrate my skin and detox it.

I have managed to fit my skincare routine for 4 nights in just one half of this toiletry bag which I am pretty proud off!

Cleansing your skin is most probably the most important part of the whole routine because you need perfectly clean skin in order to proceed. I like to make sure I have a little selection of different cleansers, I can use the wipes and Eve Lom cleanser to remove the excess of my makeup followed by the Sunday Riley and Korres cleansers to clean my skin. I also find that every other night I need to scrub my face just to try and stay on top of spots, so I have a tiny scrub from Suki to use.

Glossier Solution is very well known by now and it is my staple that I use every night, where as I used to take 2 toners with me I now only will be taking Solution. As it is a very large bottle I will be decanting it into a recycled bottle which makes it much more travel friendly.

Ofcourse, it wouldnt be a skincare routine without a mask or three, much like the cleansers I am taking one which have different purposes. The Arkana Snow Fungas mask is hydrating and has load of really great ingredients in to make your skin look good, so I will be using this after the flight on night 1. I know I will need a clay mask at somepoint to help clear my skin up and get rid of the build up of bad stuff so I have packed a little pot of the L’oreal Purifying mask. You can get this mask along with the detox and glow mask in a little set of three from Superdrug. And finally another hydrating mask to add some extra moisture after wearing make up all day.

After using solutionI like to make sure that I hydrate my skin a lot so that it doesn’t dry out, I will either use the Firming Fiji Oil from Monuskin on its own or apply The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid first. If I have managed to get myself some spots on the trip I will be applying the Balance Me Congested Skin Serum to help clear them up. Finally I use a night cream for sensitive skin from Nivea as I find this isn’t as harsh on my skin as some other ones after using all these lotions and potions.

What skincare do you take with you when you go on holiday?

Everyday Beauty Heroes

Beauty

Today I’m sharing my everyday beauty essentials, these are products which I reach for near enough on a daily basis either when getting ready in the morning or getting ready for bed.

Dry Shampoo

I’m 99% sure dry shampoo or a substitute (talc) features in every girls morning process, if there is one thing I can’t stand it is greasy looking hair. As I use oil in my hair after washing my hair looks greasy by the morning, so dry shampoo is a staple.

Perfume

Another item I’m sure exists in everyone’s routine is the spritzing of perfume or a body spray, who doesn’t want to smell nice the whole day and receive compliments? My go to perfumes for smelling amazing are Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh, this is a fresh floral scent which lingers for the whole day! My second pick is Wanderlust by Michael Kors which is a warm woody smell, this one will be particularly  great for summer!

Neal’s Yard Wild Rose Beauty Balm

For the past few weeks I have been using the beauty balm as an extra moisturiser over night, I like to apply it to places which needs some extra loving such as under my eyes, around my nose, lips and on my forehead. The smell really reminds me of a spa, which makes it great for applying just before getting into bed as I find it relaxing.

Plum & Ashley Honey & Jojoba Oil Handcream

Hand cream is a fairly new addition to my beauty routine, but I figured I should take care of the skin on my hands as they probably take the most battering from the weather. I have been using this one from Plum & Ashley as I find it really hydrating, it rubs in easily and the smell is not to over powering.

Skin + Earth Face Scrub

In order to keep my skin looking glowy, fresh and rejuvenated I like to use a face scrub 2 – 3 times a week to get rid of dead skin cells and get the blood pumping. This face scrub from Skin + Earth is all natural and it feels so great on my skin!

Do you have any beauty essentials? Let me know in the comments.

My top 5 cleansers, washes & mask

Beauty

My skincare routine is my pride and joy, it is the thing I look forward to all day, the satisfaction of being able to remove all my make up and have clean fresh skin. I have finally found four cleansers/washes which I love and are my go to’s.

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser

Of course, this is probably the most know, most talked about cleanser of all time, Glossier have conquered the world and it could not make me happier. At £15, this is definitely one of the pricier cleansers I own, this is my second bottle and I’m sure I’ll buy a third. It smells amazing and does a great job at removing all your make up (even eye makeup), it doesn’t feel tough of your skin, instead it feels really soft as it works in and removes your make up. I use these pumps of this and massage it into dry skin first off all to make sure it works best, if I have worn a lot of make up that day I will then follow with a double cleanse.

Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Face Wash

Your probably thinking, woah, this is more expensive that the one above, but no, I found this in TK MAX for only £8 which means it was half price! Such a bargain! I like to use this a couple of times a week after I have removed my make up as it is an exfoliate and is great for getting rid of dead skin cells and creating glowier skin.

Soap & Glory Deep Cleansing Milk

I have had this cleanser in my collection for quite a while now and I’m finally getting down to the end, although this is my second bottle of it I don’t think I will repurchase a third. I use this on dry skin and massage in until the white is not longer white, then I rinse it on, I think this would remove my make up a lot better if I used a cloth as it would create more friction and remove foundation more effectively. That being said, I do really like this cleanser as it is soft on your skin and gets the job done!

Loreal Fine Flowers Gel-Cream Wash

This cleanser is very similar to Milky Jelly Cleanser, apart from its a fraction of the price. I use this on dry skin first of all to try and remove the excess of my makeup and then cleanse again with wet skin. I used to be all about harsh cleansers, with loads of spot fighting ingredients, but now I like a gentle cleanser and I think my skin does too!

Skin + Earth Black Charcoal + Liquorice Mask

Finally, a mask which I have been obsessed with and have featured in many blog posts now because it really is that good! As it contains all natural ingredients it really is doing great things for your skin! I use this every night and can already notice a difference in my skin, my skin has cleared up a great deal and I’m actually getting less breakouts which a huge plus!

What are your favourite cleansers?

What’s in the box? Look Fantastic Beauty In Wonderland Box

Beauty

Welcome back to day 19 of Blogmas, this means that Christmas is approaching very fast now and more importantly this means that I finish work tomorrow! Today’s post is all about the Look Fantastic Sundcription Box for December.

I have to say, I wasn’t ever so impressed with the contents this month, and when compared to the Cohorted Box it really does not seem up to the same standard. In this months box there was only two full sized products.

This is my third box, and I believe I signed up for 6 months so I’ll be intrigued to see if it gets any better!

Initially the box gave me a really good impression, the pretty festive print on the inside looks really cute and unique. I also really like the outside of the box, dark navy blue with silver embossed writing makes it look really festive.

The first full sized product that jumps out the box is a mermaid blue bath from Bubble T, this bomb is exclusive to the box. I have always wanted to try their products, so I’m looking forward to being able to test this out.

The next and second full size product is a golden packaged lipstick from the brand MDM Flow. When I looked at the lipstick initially I was kind of shocked about the shade, it didn’t look all too amazing. But actually once it’s swatched it gave me real Velvet Teddy vibes. This shade supposedly suits all skin tones! This lipstick details for £18!

Next up is an anti aging serum from Gatineau, this is an ultimate smoothing serum with collagen. As you can see this is a very tiny bottle, but tiny bottles do come in handy for travelling so that I can be grateful for.

Then there is a hand cream from Polaar, this is the genuine Lapland cream and was made to rescue hands from really cold weather. It keeps your hands soft and hydrated and acts as a protective glove which I think will be really handy as I’m going to be out in the weather a lot of December.

The penultimate product is a day cream from Figs and Rouge, this cream diminish the imperfections and evens out skin tone and will keep your skin looking flowing throughout winter.

And finally, the tiniest pot of foaming cleansing exfoliator by the brand Suki. It smells really fresh and lemony. This little pot will be perfect to take with me for my one night in London.Did you get this months box? What did you think?

Everyday Makeup Routine

Beauty

As a dedicated makeup hoarder and lover I had to include my current make up look which I have been wearing near enough everyday for work. I will be doing a more festive version soon with red lips and a lot more shimmer so stay tuned for one…

To begin with I primer my face using the Silicone Primer by The Ordinary, this is my second tube of this and has become my favourite primer without a doubt! Whilst my primer is sinking in I like to do my mascara, the mascara I have been loving is the Push Up by Bourjois which was sent to my to try out by Influenster. This mascara is so good at building up volume and creating full dark lashes which really make a statement.

Next up is foundation, of course I have been using Mac Studio Fix as I know this one lasts all day. Once that is all blended in using an oval brush from My Makeup Brush Set (which was very kindly sent to me to try out) I apply a small amount of Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer under my eyes using the concealer brush from My Make Up Brush Collection.

I then apply some of the Tanya Burr Cosmetics contour stick in the shade dark on my cheeks and on my forehead.

To set my concealer and foundation I used Rimmel Stay matte which keeps my makeup in place all day and doesn’t look greasy or shiny.

I have then been loving using the Steven Klein palette by Nars, I use a mixture of Laguna and Paloma bronzers to create a really nice shade to add definition and shade to my cheeks and forehead.

I then use the blush shade Dolce Vita from the same palette. As for my highlight I have been obsessed with Glossier Haloscope in the shade Quartz, I apply this on my cheek bones, Cupid’s box and the arch of my eye brows. This creates such a gorgeous natural glow which lasts all day and really makes my make up pop!

Finally to finish up, eye brows. I have been using the Tanya Burr Cosmetics Selfie Sculpt brow pencil to create definition followed by Glossier Boy Brow to set them in place.

Do you use any of these products daily? What are your favourites?

My Winter Skincare Routine

Beauty

Today I am sharing my current skincare routine and the products I have been loving keeping me hydrated this winter.

Night Routine

To remove the excess of my make up I like to go in with a Cleanser first, the Soap & Glory Cleanser is really soft on your skin but also great at removing face and eye make up. I then go in with a second cleaner to clean my skin and make sure all my the make up and dirt from the day of gone. My favourite at the minute is the Milky Jelly Cleanser by Glossier, I find this so soft on my skin also.

After cleansing (and masking) my go to toners are The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid toner and the Garnier rose toner. I love the Hyaluronic toner because it is a really gentle exfoliator and is great for getting rid of spots. The Garnier Skin Active Rose toner contains Salicylic Acid which is also great to battle spots, but what I love most about this one is that it is soothing.

A couple of times a week I like to use a mask, I like to use a variety of masks which do different things so my skin doesn’t get to overwhelmed and start to react badly. For moisture I love the Sukin Moisture Clay mask, this is applied on damp skin and add hydration without drying your skin out. Another moisture mask is by Garnier, I love their Moisture Bomb tissue mask, especially when my skin needs a boost!

I have also been loving the Aloe Pore Strips from Primark, for £1 you get 4 strips, I don’t always feel that the cheap strips are as effective but these ones truly are!

For when my skin needs an extra glow and a good scrub I pick the L’Oréal Pure Clay Mask Glow, this feels so lovely on my skin and when you wash it off it feels so great!

And finally is the AHA Peeling Solution from The Ordinary, this one is probably the scariest. It looks like blood when you apply it to your skin, and it tingles, you really need to be careful how long you need it on fr because it is quite intense.

As for serums and treatments I like to switch these up daily so they are not to harsh on my skin. Once a week I will use the Lactic Acid and Alpha Lipoic Acid from The Ordinary, these are quite strong so I tend to use these spread out. These are great at removing dead skin cells and renewing your skin making it glow from below. The other serum I use other 5 days is Hyaluronic Acid as this add lots of hydration and plumps the skin.

And finally for moisturiser, my current go to eye cream is the Revita Lift by L’Oréal followed my the Hyaluronic Acid Overnight Gel Mask by The Creme Shop.

Morning routine

In the mornings I like to keep it much more simpler by only using the basic products but still getting good results. I use the Philosophy Cleanser which has tiny scrubby beads to get rid of dead skin cells. I find this really handy in the mornings because it can rid of any treatments from the night before.

I then use the Botanical All Bright Brightening Toner which helps tighten pores and brighten skin so this is perfect for day time when you are not going to be wearing any make up buy want glowy skin.

A serum I like to use in the mornings is from Generation Skincare and it is a vitamin c serum but also contains Hyaluronic Acid which is really good for hydrating skin. It also smells of oranges which is really nice!

Lastly I finish with the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel. These has really helped my skin and is the perfect base for make up.

What are you favourite skincare products for the winter months?

15 things to do this December

Beauty

Today’s blogpost is all about giving you some ideas of what to do this month and a list for me to try and tick of as and when I do them. I’m hoping I can do all of these things this month and hope you can too!

  1. Go to a Christmas Tree Farm and pick your tree I did this last year and it wasn’t exactly what I expected, I thought it would be like in the movies, where you pick your tree and chop it. But I still managed to find a cute little patch of untouched Christmas trees to get some photos with.
  2. Decorate your tree This obviously goes without saying!
  3. Attend a Christmas party (or two) I have two Christmas parties to go to this year which I am super excited about!
  4. Rock a red lip If your anything like me then you’ll be in a red lip near enough anytime you leave the house, there is no other time of year when a red lip is acceptable for even a trip to Asda!
  5. Eat your weight in Camembert I think I discovered this amazing cheese last year and I got a little obsessed with it. I love dipping in French Stick and peppers!
  6. Drink your weight in hot chocolate covered in marshmallows and whipped cream Another obvious one, there are so many different flavours of hot chocolate out there now, you could even try a new one daily!
  7. Take a walk Blow the cobwebs away, this one is a great one to do inbetween Christmas and New Year to get you out of the house and walking off your Christmas dinner.
  8. Go to a Christmas market This is the one I am most likely to not be able to tick off as there is no local market near to me. But Christmas markets are super fun, even if you don’t buy anything they are still super festive and cute!
  9. Spend a day watching Christmas movies Have a day where you do nothing but watch movies and ofcourse eat Christmasy treats! The Christmas channel is my go to for the whole of December as there is always a sweet festive movie on.
  10. Make cookies There is nothing more cosy than baking in your kitchen and the smell radiating throughout the house of freshly baked cookies.
  11. Plan a Christmas party This year I took it upon myself to plan a Christmas meal for my department at work, it’s been so much fun planning and organising.
  12. Create a Christmas Eve snuggle box This is pretty much a box full of essentials for the night, from cosy pjs and socks to candles and face masks!
  13. Spend a Sunday morning in bed with a Ginger Bread Latte reading a book Ginger Bread Lattes are my obsession from November onwards so drinking one of them in bed reading Tanya’s Christmas is a great way of getting in the spirit.
  14. Wrap your presents with Christmas music on as loud as it can go This goes without saying, surely?
  15. Head to Starbucks (or Costa) for a festive drink I am a little obsessed with gingerbread lattes and pumpkin spice so any chance I have I will be drinking one.

What’s in your list of things to do this festive season? Let me know in the comments and be sure to follow me on Instagram so you don’t miss out @toriiitoriii

November Favourites

Beauty

Happy DECEMBER!

Blogmas day 1 is here! I am going to publishing a blogpost daily between now and the big day, today’s blogpost is about everything I have been loving in November…

Essence Candle

First up is this huge candle by Essence, picked this up from B&M Bargains for only £3.99 which is super cheap for a candle that big, it really reminds me of the Bath and Body Works ones, which I can’t get a hold off! It actually smells really strong which you wouldn’t expect for a candle that cheap, it makes my room smell so autumnal!

What’s In It For Me?

This scrub has to make it into my favourites purely because of the smell, if you read my blogpost last month about it then you’ll will already know how much I love this!

Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser

At first I was a little unsure about this Cleanser, but my skin has been so good recently and I think it could be down to this Cleanser! It just feels so refreshing and gentle on my skin yet it can remove all my make up! I like to do a double cleanse with it just to make sure all my make up is off. I will definitely be repurchasing another bottle of this!

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Nail Polish glitters & gold

This is such a beautiful golden glitter perfect for the festive season, I have been wearing it none stop over the past month on top of burgundy, nude and multiple other colours.

Bourjois Push Up Mascara

I have only just received this mascara in my Bourjois Influenster Box but I have been wearing it constantly! It makes my lashes so dark and Voluminous and makes my lash line really defined!

Glossier Haloscope in Quartz

This was another Glossier item I was a little unsure off when it first arrived but OMG I cannot go a day without it! I apply this on top of all my other make up and it literally makes up face so glowy! I am obsessed!

Glossier Boy Brow

This has been non stop on my eye brows, I initially tried it on its own and it looks great and really makes your brows look full but natural. But I also like applying it to set my brow pencil.

My Makeup Brush Set

I was lucky enough to be sent a whole set of oval make up brushes to test out. So far I have only used the foundation and concealer brush as I was a little unsure about using the others with powder products. The foundation brush is really soft and does a great job at apply foundation without making it look cakey.

Co Lab Dry Shampoo

I’m back to to my old favourite, Co Lab dry shampoo in the scent Tropical. I love these dry shampoos as they don’t leave white marks in your hair, I always used to forget that I had sprayed them in and walk out with grey hair, but that doesn’t happen with these ones!

Did you see any of your favourites here?

What’s in it for me? Body Scrub Review

Beauty

Hello and welcome back, I am totally slacking on the November content as I am just so ready for blogmas and Christmas now! But today’s post is about a little brand called What’s in it for me?

They have kindly sent me another product to try out this month, last time I received the Body Cleanser and this time it’s the scrub. All of their products are packaged perfectly to look amazing in your shower but also hard wearing (the words on the bottle/tub don’t rub off). I also like how simple the packaging is, it really makes you focus more on what is inside rather than how it looks on the outside.

As for the product, as soon as you take the lid off the smell hits you and your mouth will start watering! It literally is that good, I have been raving about it over on Instagram @toriiitoriii every time I use it! To me, it smells like a fruit salad sweet, I’m pretty sure you could eat this (well, maybe not) but it certainly smells good enough to eat.

I use this Body Scrub once a week, mainly on Saturday nights when I do my full face and body pamper routine. I scoop out a small hand full and massage it into wet skin and it gets a slight lather, you can feel the sea salts massaging your skin and making you skin feel fresher and alive. Of course, the whole time I’m using it my mouth is salivating from the smell!

The scrubs itself is to exfoliate, warm, detoxify and enhance circulation, these benefits are wonderful especially in the colder months.

After using the product you don’t even feel like you’ve been harsh on your skin, it’s not left sore or dry, and in some cases when in a little bit lazy (and it’s freezing cold in my room) I ditch putting on moisturiser!

Overall the What’s in it for me Products are becoming a staple to my shower routine! You can purchase your own from Harvey Nichols and Fragrance Direct.

My brow routine & mini review of Tanya Burr Cosmetics Selfie Sculpt brow pencil

Beauty

Hello!

Today I am sharing my current brow routine which features one new product which I have fallen in love with since receiving it and the other is just an all time favourite!

I only use two products for brows and I love them! The first product is from Tanya Burr Cosmetics and is the new Brow Selfie Sculpt. I have only been using this 3 days and I am obsessed! It is a retractable pencil on one end and the other has a spooley brush. The pencil is angled which makes it really sturdy so it doesn’t break and really easy to use. The product glides on really easy with the lightest touch which I love because its so easy to control and not go over the top. This brow pencil was sent to me by the brand and they sent me the shade medium, if I was to pick this up myself I most likely would have gone for the fair shade. Buy, you know what, I’m really digging my brows being darker and more prominent.

Using the pencil I start in the centre of my brow and work my way down the tail, once I have the shape there i then go to the front of my brow and fill it in more lightly using upwards motions to create the look of natural brow hairs. While I’m doing this I constantly brush out my brows using the spooley end, this is so handy having it there rather than having to swap and change what your holding. I also find the brush really soft but effective, a lot of spooley brushes I’ve owned are quite rough and scratchy.

Once I have my brows looking full and even I then to set them using a brow mascara, my go-to is Loreal Brow Plumper. I have tried many, but this is the only one which actually sets them and stops them moving around throughout the day.

I also like to add a sweeping of highlight on my brow bone to add a little bit more shape and dimensions.

So there’s my brow routine, what products to you use on a daily basis?
