Spring afternoons | {gifted} Femme Luxe Jumpers

Just as the nicer weather is coming our way I thought I would share some new jumpers which were sent to me from FemmeLuxe. I got to pick which clothing I wanted to try, and as it turns out, I ended up picking the same jumper but in four different colours.

The first jumper is in a really lovely camel shade, I have never owned anything in this colour before, and I actually really like it.
The style of these jumpers feels very 70’s to me, especially the camel colour. The material itself is really thick and you can definitely tell it is good quality and will last you until next winter.

Next up is an army green shade, I think this is one of my favourite shades, like the camel one, I
have never owned anything this shade so it’s nice to add it to my wardrobe.

I decided to try a mustard shade too, I think it goes really well with the tan skirt. I think the
oversized sleeves as a little something to the jumpers, they make it stand out from other brands and I feel like the are quite flattering.

And lastly, this beautiful pink, I did intend on wearing this with black wet
look leggings and going for the ‘cool’ look, but I stupidly picked up my work trousers instead, so pink skirt it was.

My new Caseapp phone cases

I was very lucky to be given a chance to pick out two gorgeous phone cases from Caseapp. I was able to design and personalise my own, or pick out some pre made ones, I chose 2 pre made ones which instantly caught my attention.

Pink & Gold Marble Case

I picked this phone case because I though it was a stunning design, I hadn’t seen a design which was pink and black marble with the gold specs.

Floral Pizza Case

This phone case is quite possibly my favourite phone case I have owned, it sums up me so well, pizza, flowers and pink! I just think it so cute and this has been the perfect new accessory for my phone.

Caseapp cases are so unique and you can guarantee you can find multiple cases to match your own personal style, Caseapp are offering you 20% off using the code TORITORI20.

The shoes I’m obsessed with right now

I was recently contacted by the website Everything5pounds.com and asked if I would like to promote some pieces from their site, I said yes, obviously! Over the summer I have placed a few orders on their site and actually love their shoe collection, especially their sandals more than anything else I had seen online or in shops. So I knew I would be able to find cute things that I could style. Just because it’s “cheap” doesn’t mean it’s a load of rubbish, they stock a lot of really great brands at a really low price. Although none of the shoes I bought were a specific brand, I have bought sandals from there in the past that were from Urban Outfitters. I think that is also a really great aspect of the site, you really don’t know what brand your buying until it turns up, if it’s a less known brand then that’s ok, if it’s a pretty good brand than you’ve got yourself a bargain! Either way, I think of you can find something on there for £5 I think you’ve got yourself a bargain, I sure know I have.

So, they let me pick 4 items and I got to choose from their whole site, I feel like buying clothes is a risky business especially when your not sure on the brands and the sizing, but instead buying shoes is a lot easier. I decided to pick out 4 pairs of shoes, I don’t know why I need 4 pairs, but their all mine now!

As it’s nearing the end of summer I wanted a really cute pair to see out the end of summer and the start or autumn. I have been eyeing up these pink tassel shoes for well over a month now, but I was a bit like “will I actually wear them?”. But as they were going to be free, I decided to bite the bullet and get them!

When I opened the package they were the first ones I pulled out and I knew straight away they were the ones for me! I’ve never had backless style or been one for tassels, but these shoes screamed my name!

They fit so well, I got a size 5 and they feel really comfy. I actually cannot get over how cute they are!

I absolutely love the look of them paired with the £10 Primark dress, I am attending a wedding reception in a couple of weeks time and this is going to be my outfit for sure!

Free & easy instagramable backgrounds

Today I am sharing with you my great idea I had late one night, I used to go and get wallpaper samples and use them for flatlays, but I feel my photography style has changed a lot since then. This time I decided I would use them as backdrops in my room and I am in love with how they look!

If it wasnt for the fact most people know my room has pink walls I think I could get away with pretending I have the most amazing wallpaper. I absolutely love the style of this wallpaper, its so different to the rest of my room and instagram so it really stands out. I really wish I could actually have one wall covered in this print!

Above my little drawers I have a metal rack from Tiger, instead of blue tacking the paper onto my wall I decided just to pop it underneath so it wouldn’t do any damage. I am very lucky with the fact it actually does look like that could be my real wall as it covers the perfect amount of space.

Here are some mores examples

As you can see when the photo is taken close enough you cannot even tell that it is not part of my room.

I love this look so much, I’m sooo happy that I can switch up my backgrounds, especially for the summer! This has given me so much inspiration for new photos and I’m pretty much all set for content for a long time.

Let me know if you decide to do the same as me!

Summer Bag Loving

If your on social media as much as me then you will know that this style of bag is in now, there are loads of different styles of wicker/wooden/slat bags but this one was the only one which I truly liked and knew I would use.

This bag is from Ebay (here) and was only £13, I think for a bag like this it is fairly cheap, as they are really only fit for the summer season I wouldn’t want to spend loads on one.

The bag is really well made and seems to be rather sturdy, I love the colour combination, this means it’s great to go with every outfit you could possibly want to wear.
The only downside is, I have an iPhone 7+ and it’s too big to fit in the bag! So, if you have a larger phone, the bag is going to be pretty much useless for carry it in, that being said, most the time when I’m on holiday I have my phone out as I’m always taking photos anyway, so I’m hoping it wont cause too many problems.

This will be my holiday bag so I’m sure you will see it in plenty of photos over on Instagram @toriiitoriii

Let me know what your go to bag is for summer…

Another Instagramable place in London

On the same day I went to Peggy Porschen’s for the third time I also found this cute little bakery literally a 30 second walk down the road, this meant I went from eating cake to getting this watermelon pretty much instantly, but oh well.

We were walking past the bakery ‘Dominique Ansel Bakery’ when a girl walked out with a watermelon with ice cream inside, I didn’t have to think twice about the fact that I NEEDED that in my life! It’s so hard these days to find really unique cool places to eat that are not all over social media so I was rather excited about the fact I’d never seen the watermelon on my Instagram feed before.

The watermelon itself is a grand total of £6.50 which is pretty impressive considering you don’t get a lot of actual food but I guess I got my moneys worth of photos. As soon as I had it in my hands the mini photoshoot outside the shop commenced and I am obsessed with the photos!

The bakery also does some other really cool instagramable food and has the cutest flower wall on the inside ready for so many more cute photos!

You can take a look at their website here .

My fave brunch spot in Manchester | Infamous Diner

Hey guys, today’s blog post is all about a cute little diner which I found last year when I was in Manchester for the day. I recently visited Manchester again and our first food spot was this incredible diner again because we just could not resist it!

The diner is called Infamous Diner, for anybody who is missing hanging out in America and all its diners then you should go and check it out for yourself. The decor is to die for, the bar area especially is beyond cute! It is all shiny and pretty and perfect for the Instagram snap! There is also a pretty awesome back wall which is covered in American License Plates which makes for a great backdrop for photos which you will see in a minute.

Even the menu is super cute! When I find something I like I tend to only have that and I don’t try anything new. So for the second time I had pancakes and candy bacon, these are proper American pancakes with bacon and maple syrup! They taste heavenly of course, but I always struggle to eat them all! There is even a challenge, order 21 pancakes and if you eat them all in 30 minutes their on the house! I could never imagine eating that many as three is definitely plenty!

My best fiend and I opted for a mocktail, a non alcoholic cocktail. I’ve really taken a fancy to these because they look just as cute as a cocktail but they taste better and are half the price! As you can see the cute wall is the perfect background, when taking this photo I though “people are going to stare, their going to judge” but you know what, they didn’t, how great is that! Being able to get a photo for the gram without being worried what you look like!

So if your ever in Manchester and feel like adventuring to a cool little hangout the I would definitely recommend this little hangout!

Autumn Boots

Obsessed doesn’t even cover how much I love these boots! So a little back story, this is my second pair. I bought these initially at the beginning of the year for work (yes, I had the best looking boots in the whole school) but I wore them so much, I wore them out. Now fast forward to October and I invested in my second pair, this time I decided to only save them for special occasions. That means so far they’ve only been worn twice, which is a shame because I want to show them off.

These boots are the cheapest of the the specific style I’ve found in all the shops and websites, these were less than £30 from Amazon.

As for the quality of the boots I think they are pretty decent, a lot better than Primark standards and they are much comfier than Primark footwear.

I think these boots just make the perfect autumnal accessory to dress up a casual outfit and add some wow to your look. I will be living in these boots when I go to Geneva at the end of the month so there will ofcourse be lots of photos of them out and about.

You can check them out Here

Let me know what you think to these boots.

Goals for October

October is in full swing now and I have decided to do my first ever monthly goals post and set myself some goals to achieve for the next 31 days! To be honest I don’t really have a clue what my goals should be, but here goes…

  • Publish a blog post daily for the whole month of October
  • Plan & create blogposts for November and sort out a publishing schedule for the rest of the year
  • Think of ideas for December blog posts
  • Aim to go on one walk a week
  • Walk to work atleast 3 times a week
  • Reach 4000 followers on Instagram by the end of the month

And that is it, I’m mainly focusing around my blog this month as I really need to motivate myself to post more and ofcourse walking is healthy!

What are your goals for the month?

Nip + Fab Make Up First Impressions

Nip+Fab make up seems like the most hyped make up product at the moment with everyone owning it! But you can see why, it does looks really good!

I picked up 3 palettes as they were on 3 for 2 offer at Superdrug.

The first one I knew I had to purchase was the highlight palette, I chose this over the contour palette as I thought the shades were more wearable and I would get more use of them. As you can see it swatches are super pigmented. Why I love about these palettes is that the names are on the back of the palette for each shade which makes life so much easier. For the moment I will mainly be using the top row as they are more of my everyday colours I like to wear, but in the summer with a tan I can see myself wearing the bottom row to get more of a sunkissed glow!

The next palette I wanted was the blush palette, I have a servere lack of blushes in my collection so I thought this would be the perfect way to boost them. They are all super pigmented but not to over powering, they can be built up easily and blend out really nicely.

The travel palette was calling my name, it has the most perfect shades for me! As you can see it comes with a bronzer blush and highlight. This is the perfect all in one palette if you need to travel light!

To be honest probally all of these palettes will be coming with me on my summer holiday because I pack way to much make up every year!

I really do want to try a foundation from Nip+Fab but I have no idea what the shades are so I’ll have to purchase that in store.

Have you tried any of their products? What are your thoughts on them?
