Spring Make Up Look // Urban Decay Naked 3

The official first day of Spring was on Sunday so I decided to create a spring make up look using the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette.

To begin with I used the MUA primer which I am loving at the minute, it creates a smooth base for your foundation to glide on. As it is starting to get warmer I want my make up to last longer so I opted for Revlon Colourstay for foundation today as I know this lasts and gives a lot of coverage. To set my base I used Rimmel Stay Matte.

To contour and add some definition I used the bottom middle shade of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit. For the rest of my face I used a highlighter from the Solstice Sleek palette (purple shade) and then an Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush is Luminous Flush.

I of course used my usual mascara, Loreal False Lash Architect. And then for my brows I filled them in using dip brow from Anastasia Beverly Hills followed by Loreal Brow Plumper to set.

For my eye shadow I wanted something springy, so I chose my Naked 3 palette as this is perfect. First off all I used a Kiko Metallic Shine Shadow as a base in the shade 02, as this is a lovely metallic colour. I then used nooner from the Naked 3 palette in the outer eye as a transition shade, followed by Factory to darken the crease up. I then used Buzz on the inner eye to add more or a metallic shine. I think this is a super springy look as it adds a pop of colour rather than the browns and nudes I usually use.

For lips I have chosen three options.

Milano Rose Hip which is a bright hot pink, New Look Candy Pink which is a creamy matte nude pink and Rimmel Kate Moss in the shade 28 which is more sheer and peach toned.
